Hello host/crew,
Thank you for all you do,

I am not very technologically sound and am thinking about buying either an mp3 player or Ipod for music and also for uploading dr.H shows from your site and listen to them while walking or exercising. My questions for you are:

1) which works better to upload shows from here, mp3 player or Ipod( I should mention that I don't own any apple products)

2)do you recommend certain model or certain style of either mp3 player or Ipod?

3) how long does it normally take to upload a two-hour show(dr. hola kouee's one complete show) either with mp3 player or Ipod?

4) do I need to purchase any additional equipment like cable or anything else that doesn't already come with either mp3 player or ipod to upload shows from here?
